Expert, Confederation Lewiatan; Member of the Council for Digital Affairs, Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland

Aleksandra Musielak, PhD, is an expert in digital economy at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan. Engaged in public policy and advocacy activities, she represents the interest of the leading telecom and digital companies operating in Poland in their relations with public administration both in Poland and at the EU level. Since March 2021 she has been appointed a member of the Council for Digital Affairs, where she support the Chancellery of the Prime Minister with knowledge and experience related to digitization, connectivity and cybersecurity issues. She previously worked as a senior specialist in the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Regional Development, where she was involved in preparing Poland’s participation in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union in digital cases. Aleksandra earned her PhD in Law from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom) in 2012. Her research focused on the model of EU accession to the European Convention on Human Rights.
