President of the Polish State Development Bank (BGK); Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Three Seas Investment Fund

Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka graduated from economic universities (corporate finance management) and the Advance Leadership Programme at the ICAN Institute, as well as the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge.

In 1994–2016 she worked at the Bank Zachodni WBK of the Santander Group. In 2015 she became a member of the Management Board.

In 2016 Ms. Daszyńska-Muzyczka was appointed the President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) – a state development bank, which initiates and implements programs aimed at sustainable economic development and improving the quality of life in Poland. Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka has prepared a new development bank strategy which focuses on the implementation of activities increasing the competitiveness of the Polish economy. She develops international activities of BGK, including establishing BGK representative offices in Europe and around the world.

She is the initiator and creator of the most important financial project in CEE - the Three Seas Investment Fund (3SIIF). Since June 2019 she has been the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of the Three Seas Investment Fund. The aim of the Fund is to develop infrastructure in the countries of the Three Seas region by financing transport, energy and digital projects to support the integration and economic cohesion of the entire EU.

She was honoured, among other, with the Manager Award - distinction for business foresight and creation of the Three Seas Investment Fund.

Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka is also a Laureate of the Top 10 Polish Managers Ranking of the Forbes magazine.
